Kidney & Liver cookies for The Transplant Institute of Memphis
Today, I had the honor of creating very unique cookies for The Transplant Institute at Methodist University Hospital. I thought how proud my Anatomy Professor and Advisor, Dr. Lisa Hight would be!! LOL ..The Liver consisted of both right and left lobes including ligaments. Kidney with Renal vein, Artery and Ureter. ALL OF WHICH ARE EDIBLE!
